Ashland Town FC Travel Program: Develop grit & become a total player

At Ashland Town FC, our Travel Program is for dedicated soccer players who are ready to elevate their game & build a foundation for long-term success. Our focus is on developing the technical, tactical, & mental fortitude—the “grit”—that helps our players prepare to compete against top teams. We strive to develop talent to represent the Town of Ashland at the highest levels possible in open competition which gives us a uniquely long term outlook on competitive youth development. 

Our teams play in the Advanced Development Soccer League (ADSL), providing a competitive environment where players can truly grow. We are committed to a professional & supportive atmosphere, with all our teams operating on an aligned schedule to ensure a cohesive club experience.

What to Expect

Our program is a two-season commitment, running in the Fall & Spring, with each team playing four tournaments throughout the year. Our teams also compete in the league, with a schedule designed to challenge & help develop every player. Our travel teams train twice a week with no training on Holidays/ days when Hanover County Schools are closed. For training & games, we use top-tier facilities at Poor Farm Park, which features lighted Bermuda grass fields.

Fees & Uniforms

Our aim is to offer efficient, affordable programming for local families in the Ashland area. The 2025-26 cost for travel is $1,250. The required uniform kit is approximately $120 through soccer.com

Your Opportunity to Join

The primary window to join our program is during our annual tryouts held each May. We also host supplemental tryouts throughout the year for specific age groups with roster openings. We’re always looking for ambitious players to join the ATFC family.
