The perfect first soccer experience for our youngest players. Little Sprouts is a fun, age-appropriate introduction to the game — focused on movement, coordination, and falling in love with the ball. No pressure, no scorekeeping, just big smiles and early development in a supportive environment.
Open to players born in 2020 and 2021. No tryout, no prior experience needed — just show up ready to play.

Our core grassroots programs are the foundation of the ATFC family — open to all players, no tryout required. Choose the level of commitment that works for your family, from training-only to a full in-house league experience.
U8 Junior Academy — Coed, boys & girls, 5v5 & 7v7 in-house league
U8 Travel Prep — Weeknight training only, no games (open to ages 6+)
U10 Travel Prep — Weeknight training only, no games

Travel Teams U9 – U12

Our core competitive program for developing players. Teams compete in the Advanced Development Soccer League (ADSL) with four tournaments per year across fall and spring. Boys and girls teams forming at U9, U10, and U12 for 2026-27. Tryouts held each April and May — full details posted March 1.

Travel Teams U13 – U16

A significant step up in competition for older players. U13–U14 teams compete in the UPSL Academy or EDP — elite regional leagues against top-level opponents. The U16 Academy is our flagship older-youth program, running year-round through fall, spring, and summer.

Camps

High-energy, coach-led camps throughout the year at Poor Farm Park — no program membership required. Great for new players to experience ATFC coaching, and for current players to stack extra development time during school breaks.

Futsal is one of the best development tools in the game — the smaller ball, tighter spaces, and faster pace sharpen first touch, decision-making, and creativity under pressure. ATFC runs futsal programming seasonally as a powerful complement to the outdoor game.

The pinnacle of the ATFC pathway. Our PRO23 team competes in the CCL PRO23 league against semi-professional competition — including clubs from USL League Two, NPSL, and UPSL. Designed for active college players, top high school standouts, former professionals, and coaches who want to prove themselves at the highest amateur level.
